PuTTY

(1) Firstly download PuTTY and save it to your hard disk.

(2) Now open the executable and set:

Hostname Name (or IP Address): Put in the IP address

Protocol: SSH

(3) You should end up with something that looks similar to

(4) Press enter. You will then be given a Security Alert similar to :

(5) Select yes then put in your password. You will now be at the UNIX prompt.
